Use of the Site or any of its features implies the Subscriber's express, prior, full, and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Service consists of exclusive offers on a selection of products available each month. The Subscriber may use the Service provided that he or she correctly pays the price of the Service in accordance with Article 5.

4. Subscription to the Service

To subscribe, the User guarantees that he or she is a resident of Spain and is legally capable of entering into a contract with the Company. After this period, and unless the Subscriber cancels, the Subscription will automatically become effective at €29.90 (or €75 per quarter). The Subscription terms are set forth in Article 5, which specifies the price and payment terms. Under this offer, the Service begins 72 hours after the Subscription is confirmed.
5. Service Featuresa.

Right of Withdrawal: The subscriber has a statutory withdrawal period of 14 calendar days, in accordance with Consumer Law. The withdrawal period begins on the date of registration on the Site and expires 14 days thereafter. In the event of withdrawal, the user's subscription will automatically terminate and will receive a full refund of any subscription fees already paid. This refund will be made within 14 days of the date the Company receives the withdrawal request. 6. Delivery
Product deliveries are made to the delivery address indicated by the Subscriber at the time of subscription. Deliveries are made by post, within a maximum period of 30 days from the validation of the order by the Subscriber under the conditions set out in Article 3. In the event that the Subscriber does not receive the ordered Product within this period, he or she may contact vip-in-store.com by email: contact@vip-in-store.com. The Company will take all appropriate measures to search for the missing Product and, as soon as it is confirmed that the Product has been lost, will resend the Product to the Subscriber as soon as possible.
